The long wait is finally over!
Our sparkling wine “Réserve 2020” is here. What makes our “Réserve 2020” special? The Pinot Noir grapes are from the 2020 vintage and were fermented naturally. After 12 months of aging on the fine lees in used wooden barrels, we bottled the base wine in the summer of 2021 for the second fermentation in the bottle. Since then, our bottles have rested on the lees for five years and were disgorged in 2026. No dosage was added to the “Réserve 2020,” making it a Brut Nature.
