Pet Nat
The Wild One
A sparkling white wine made from Müller-Thurgau grapes, featuring varietal fruit and a delicate yeast note, playful and lively.
Our Pet Nat was bottled shortly before the end of the first fermentation and underwent traditional bottle fermentation. It has not been disgorged and exhibits natural cloudiness. A sparkling wine with lower alcohol content and fine bubbles. Sealed with a crown cap, with no added sulfites. Natural, wild.
Brut Nature
It is recommended to store the Pet Nat upright in the refrigerator for about 12 hours before opening. This should prevent excessive foaming.

Production
All the grapes are harvested at the same time and pressed after a short settling period. Fermentation occurs spontaneously and without any additives. Toward the end of fermentation, the wine is bottled directly from the tank. Without filtration. This usually takes place in mid-October of the harvest year. The exact production process may vary depending on the year and the cellar master’s discretion.
